Lecture: Navigating Survivorship - Becoming Your Own Advocate

There has been a recent national focus on cancer survivorship and the AYA (Adolescent Young Adults) movement on basic and common late effects. Learn about resources for late effects, and developing a treatment plan summary. STAR is a comprehensive, long-term, follow-up program focused on meeting the specific medical and psychological needs of adult survivors of pediatric cancer and one of the survivorship programs. The lecture will be focused on children and adult survivors of childhood cancer.
