$750 – Supports transportation needs for a member for a year
For some of our members just getting to Gilda’s Club can be a challenge.  Transportation can be a barrier for them if they do not have a car or if they are unable to drive.  Gilda’s Club feels strongly that this should not be a reason for someone to not receive the support they need and we offer cab rides to and from the clubhouse.
$1,500 – Supports member attendance at a Wellness Group for three months
Our Wellness Groups are a weekly support group for adult men and women, ranging from those who are newly diagnosed to those with advanced illness.
$3,000 – Supports one year of a monthly Networking Group
Networking Groups meet monthly to bring together members who have specific interests that are unlikely to be shared by others who are not in a similar situation. Typical Networking Groups include: Breast Cancer Groups, Leukemia, Lymphoma & Myeloma Groups, Lung Cancer Groups, Metastatic Cancer Groups and Pediatric Oncology Groups.
